Site360 App

to be used moving forward

From 5 May 2025, Woolworths will transition all induction training and site attendance reporting to be completed throught the Woolworths Group Visitor App.

As before, daily site attendance on a Woolworths site is to be reported through the Woolworths Group Visitor App (now powered by Site360 instead of Vistrak).
*Also through ths site, so ITM also has a record of your attendance on site.

All induction training (such as trolley collecting and workplace relations) will now be completed through the app as well.

Make sure you have the correct app installed to your phone
Android iPhone

Once installed, access the app and register a profile. You need to save your name, email address, mobile number, a profile picture and your Pegasus card details. Further information is provided on the Employee Docs page on this site, and the video below.

For even more information or support, please contact support@site360.io on 1300 853 990.

A trolley collector recently neglected safety practices, and incurred his boss more than $3000 cost of repairs to a vehicle that he hit while pushing over 20 trolleys without a rope!

The trolley collector must not push more than the authorized MAXIMUM OF 12 STRAPPED TROLLEYS.

The rules on the number of trolleys to be moved are clearly set out in the ITM subby and employee training (in WH&S Manual), the Woolworths Induction Program, and in your Work Method Statement (this has been repeatedly mentioned to every collector).

It is very important for collectors to always check their surroundings before proceeding. Be extra vigilant when pushing trolleys in car parks and inside centres.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE YOU TO ADD TROLLEYS TO THE 12 TROLLEYS YOU ARE CURRENTLY PUSHING.
NO excuse for more than 12!
